The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are detailed in each of the items and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipment is indicated to the customer in a breakdown at the time of placing the order. Prices on the website are indicated in euros. These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs, shipping insurance or any other additional services attached to the product.

The presentation of the products with their own characteristics and images will be indicated in the descriptions of the products themselves. Comercial Ros reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of the products, as well as suspend or cancel their sale temporarily or permanently.

Purchases made on the Comercial Ros website may not be delivered in post offices, they will always be delivered either to homes and to the person indicated at the time of confirmation of the purchase of the product or will be collected at the physical store in Girona (C / Montseny, 8 -17006).

Comercial Ros is not responsible if the delivery of the order cannot be completed as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the user for this purpose, as well as in the event that the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned to make the delivery, such as the absence of the recipient. Comercial Ros is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to problems arising from the transport company, such as inclement weather, strikes or periods of holidays or local holidays.

Shipping costs are € 8 for the whole of Spain (peninsula), excluding the Balearic Islands, which has a shipping cost of € 14. There will be no additional shipping costs for in-store orders.

For any other mishap that is not resolved in this section or that the transport company cannot solve, the customer can contact us at oficina@comercialros.cat.

In the event that Comercial Ros is unable to serve the customer the products already purchased and paid for not being available at this time, it will immediately notify the customer, who may choose or to request a refund of the amount of the products not available or to allow Comercial Ros to supply you with the products once they are available again. In the first case, Comercial Ros must make the return within a maximum period of 30 days and by the same means of payment with which the payment was made.
