2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

 We process the information provided to us to manage our services to:

  • Customer and order management: We process identification data (name, surname, NIF) and contact data (shipping address, telephone number, email) to process orders, manage billing, track product deliveries and offer after-sales support.

  • User management on the web platform: We process the access data and browsing preferences of users registered on www.comercialros.cat to personalize their experience, manage their wish lists and streamline the purchase process.
  •   Commercial communications: If the user has given their consent, we process their email address to send them information about new products, offers or specific promotions in our catalog. 

3. What is the legitimacy for the processing?

  • Consent: Obtained from the interested party when they check the acceptance box on our contact or registration forms.
  • Execution of the contract: Necessary for the management of orders, invoicing and the provision of distribution and logistics services requested on our platform.

4. How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations (generally between 4 and 6 years). 

5. To which recipients will your data be communicated?

  The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless required by a legal obligation. However, we use auxiliary service providers who act as processors (such as the hosting service or analysis tools such as Google Analytics). In the case of providers located outside the European Economic Area (such as Google, in the United States), we ensure that they comply with the appropriate data protection guarantees under the Data Privacy Framework .

6. What are your rights?

You have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending a request to our address or email, attaching a copy of a document that identifies you. You can also file a complaint with the AEPD if you consider that your rights have not been met.
